How many times have we heard the term “KISS”, Or “Be focussed”, Or “Be Single Minded”?

Yet how many examples do you see around us of people doing the exact opposite, no matter the success stories of companies who succeed with a simple, focused, single minded story.

Here’s another example, this time from the Books Industry. Borders. Their strategy to focus on 2 titles at a time across all channels is another success story to add to the archive of companies who went back to the basics to ensure a future.
