 The digital shopper is a shopper but the experience needs to be different. Imagine the differene between seeing a TV ad for a soap and walking to a store to buy it. You expect to walk through the store to the soap section and find your soap. Not so much on-line. You click on a banner for a soap you expect to land on the page that talks about the soap. This seems simple but requires a different approach to technology and processes.
